Final call-backs. Same scenes as previously. Also filled in as a Caliban for a few scenes which was fun. Went for a creepy bird-creature-thing with the harpy scene and thought it was amazing. The director, Denise, promptly stopped me after one line, and explained she wanted a terrifying bird creature. Went away for a bit, invoked all my training, and tried some scary voices. Came back, did a few lines and knew I’d nailed it. So nice to have a director who gives you feedback as you perform. Boom. Drama school, you were exhausting/soul-destroying, but you taught me things that are useful in the real world. Many thank you’s.
