We’re up on our feet, and out onto the floor! EXCITING! Denise gave us basic entrances and exits, an idea of blocking, and then we’d run the scene. Lots of textual discoveries along the way, finding ways to incorporate what we found from the Meisner work into the blocking, making sense of the text. I’m glad I’ve done the work I have on the speeches. It makes being up on my feet, quite a challenge in itself with lots to think about, that much easier.
